The Chief Operating Officer, Yang Zuodong, attended the orientation meeting, representing the company to welcome everyone, and at the same time introduced the company's business and industry information to them; The Director of Human Resources introduced the background of the company's strengthening of talent cultivation and the continuous implementation of the management trainee program, and conveyed good wishes and expectations for the future development of the "Zhenxing students".

The training for the 2024 batch of "Zhenxing students" is divided into three stages. The training implementation in July received strong support from key backbones of various departments. Especially, colleagues from the R & D center introduced the R & D business to everyone. Supervisors from each department of the operation center not only taught in the classroom but also led everyone to visit the factory and give explanations.

During the production practice session, the supervisors of the operation center, team leaders, and other key personnel explained the key points of on-site operations to the "Zhenxing students", contributing their own strength to the cultivation of the new seedlings of the company.
