       According to the requirements of the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Order No. 4 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), the Environmental Impact Assessment Report and Public Participation Explanation for the Construction Project of the Anodization Line Pilot Line of the National Innovation Pilot Base are now publicly available before approval. Please refer to the attachment for details.

         3、 Public requirements

          This disclosure is a practical measure taken by the construction unit to fulfill the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" (Order No. 4 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), which states that before submitting an environmental impact report to the competent ecological environment department for approval, the construction unit shall publicly disclose the full text of the environmental impact report to be submitted and the explanation of public participation through online platforms, and accept social supervision without any other requirements.
