In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Environmental Impact Assessment and the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, Chongqing Genori Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. shall announce the brief contents of the environmental impact assessment report for its semiconductor and pan-semiconductor precision components research and development and production project to the public before submitting it to the environmental protection administrative department for review. This is to further solicit opinions and suggestions from the public, experts, and organizations on the planning, and promptly incorporate them into the planning process, so as to achieve a balance between the economic benefits and environmental benefits of the planned project construction.
