Innovate and Progress, March Forward with Honors - 2023 Second Quarter Recognition Ceremony

Only by respecting role models can we cultivate them, and only by striving to be role models can we see them emerge! To promote the spirit of role models and commend outstanding workers,Genori Technology held the 2023 Second Quarter Recognition Ceremony on August 18th. The ceremony was conducted in a combined online and offline format, with the company's general manager, heads of various centers, heads of departments at the Chongqing factory, and representatives of award-winning employees participating in the meeting in the company's report hall.
At this recognition ceremony, the company honored a number of outstanding teams and individuals. Among the team awards, five excellent teams were recognized: the Sales Elite Team, the Canteen Cost Reduction Team, the Semiconductor Technology Improvement Team, the Labor Efficiency Improvement Team, and the Variable Cost Reduction Team. Additionally, three outstanding work teams were honored: Semiconductor Section 2 Group 1, Semiconductor Quartz 1A/2A Group, and Semiconductor Flat Grinding and Cutting Group 1. Furthermore, five individuals received the Sales Achievement Award: Chen Li, Zhang Zhen, Luo Yuanping, Yang Can, and Wu Jinlu.
The general manager of the company and heads of various centers presented honorary certificates and bonuses to the award recipients as encouragement. Subsequently, representatives of the award-winning employees took the stage to share their thoughts. With deep emotion, they reviewed their experiences since joining the company and expressed that this honor was not only a recognition from the company but also a form of encouragement and motivation.

At the end of the recognition ceremony, General Manager Wang Bing delivered a closing speech. He highly praised the outstanding employees and teams that emerged in the second quarter of 2023, including not only the management cadres who led the charge but also the frontline employees who silently worked on ordinary positions. They all interpreted their responsibilities and commitments to their positions through practical actions, setting an example for everyone to learn from and strive for. In the conclusion of his speech, Mr. Wang expressed his higher expectations. He hoped that all centers and departments would cooperate, innovate and progress, forge ahead with honors, make full efforts, and strive to deliver a satisfactory answer in 2023 for Genori!
The convening of this recognition ceremony aims not only to acknowledge the accomplishments achieved, but also to create a positive work atmosphere of "comparing, learning, catching up, and surpassing" to inspire all employees to emulate the exemplars, strive for excellence, and bravely create a new situation of high-quality development for Genori in their future work.
